This might mean that sleeping separately can be good for your health, but it can also increase your longing for your partner. It might work for some couples, but some couples will only want to sleep together again. So how do you resolve a situation like this?

It’s quite normal for many couples to follow different schedules and body clocks, and sometimes the best way to manage this is to sleep in different beds.
